This Apart-Hotel (not really a hotel, more "serviced apartments") has 2 addresses: the apartments in Calle Lastarria 43 have not air condintioning, the ones in Lastarria 61 all have! I love this boutique hotel in the renovated villa from 1927. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The owners were present daily and very accessible. They took several suggestions of mine and immediately implemented them. I was impressed and will gladly return to Latarria when I next visit Santiago.

I had two pieces of jewelry stolen from my room. Management was entirely unresponsive and offered absolutely no assistance. I would never return or recommend Lastarria 43 to anyone else traveling to Santiago.
