Very home-like hostel. Holliday-atmosphere. Safe feeling. Nice terrace and bar outside. Surprising breakfast with a sunnyside-up egg, fresh fruitsalad, yoghurt, cerials, bread, tea, coffee. Great. Large TVroom with leather sofa's, big screen and lots of DVD's. Wifi everywhere. Rooms and beds are very ok, bathrooms large and home-like, though a little old and not so clean. Fantastic staff. Cool, fun,... More

I arrived at this hostel late at night, but before I called to assure everything was in order. The manager wasn't well aware of my reservation and told me to go anyways. When I arrived the manager was a bit waisted and had a glass of wine in his hand. Obviously he failed to give me a receipt and promised... More

We stayed here over xmas in a private double room on the top floor. Room size was okay, but it got alot of sun and without a fan was way too hot during the day. Room also had very noisy floorboards, so the neighbours below probably hated us! Bed was big and comfy though! Location great only 10 min walk... More

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and made to feel at home. We liked it so much, that we came back on our way through again. The breakfast in the morning is pretty good. The staff are a great mix between friendly and professional. We made long lasting friendships there and left feeling well rested and relaxed.

The guys helped us so much to knew Chile. They could show us a lot of packages to make snowboard, to go to other citys and to eat at good restaurants, always using the cheapest and shortest way. Beds are comfortable and the room counts with a air heater, protecting you from Santiago winter. Every day a well balanced breakfast... More

The location is perfect. The guys were really helpful about what to see and where to go in area. As far as I can remember there was no curfew and they actually partied with us on our last night!! There was an outdoor area for sitting outside in the sun and internet facilities. I would recommend this hostel to anyone... More

Moai Viajero Hostel in downtown Santiago, Chile is the perfect hostel for travellers looking to meet people and experience a chilled out Santiago. Situated near the Santa Ana station, it is only a few minutes walk away from the city centre. I really enjoyed my week at the Hostel and the staff were welcoming and lots of fun, especially the... This place is perfect. Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, relaxed atmosphere, in a beautiful old-style building located in a safe and quiet barrio. We´ve stayed in some pretty average places up to this point, so we booked a few more nights at Moai because it puts the rest to shame. Great staff -- easy-going and knowledgeable. Helped us organise vineyard visits... More
