The hotel is attractive, but showing its age a bit (1980s). The carpets are worn and there was a big hole in the ceiling of my room where a curtain rail had come away. Stayed here on a busy night in Pucon, wanted a bit of luxury, a cool room, nice night's sleep. Got some of that, though ummmm, this is such a pet peeve of mine. If the WiFi DOES NOT WORK, don't advertise that it does. I also stayed at a $16 a night hospedaje and the net worked fine, so the... More

We're not backpackers so we like to have a bit of comfort when we travel - and this hit the spot. The hotel is near the main street of Pucon but quiet and out of the way. Some rooms overlook the lake. It also has a spa which is free to hotel guests and includes a jacuzzi, pool and sauna... More
