Stopped here for vegetarian options. Neat atmosphere. Hot chocolate and espresso were good, ordered the vegetarian pizza. Great taste but way too much cheese. Low samba music playing, bathroom was clean.

Lounge brasil is a nice place, clean rooms, great staff (best part of the hotel), some rooms are nice, but they have some rooms in the back of the hotel that are not very good. Very tasty breakfest with eggs, fruits and cheese. The staff is very nice staff, the hotel has a good location, the rooms are quiet and clean. We only had a problem with the hot water. It was not really hot to take a shower. Generally we had a nice stay in this small but cozy hotel.

Cute little place, Rafael & his team were super helpful & accomodating. We arrived at 8am and although our room obviously wasn't ready, they let us take a quick shower in one of the other rooms before our activities for the day. Rooms were clean, cosy & pleasant.

Hosts and staff are very friendly and serve an excellent breakfast - fresh juices, granola, eggs, cheese, homemade bread and coffee. Room very nice. The hotel is a brilliant option for the price and is in an excellent location in Pucon.
