we stayed at the sheraton singapore 30th dec to 2nd jan 2009/2010 the hotel is not as expected full of coach trip tourists, many children running around even in the towers. impossible to use the computers, due to children hoarding them, staff attitude poor, everything appeared to be an effort for them. would we stay again, no. more

Good property but somehow lacking the Sheraton touch. I found the staff to be generally indifferent. Also did not like the location. Not close to any shopping mall. Room was ok, though washroom is bit small. more

Overall I would like to say excellent!! The staffs are very polite and very friendly and they are very helpful at all the time. The breakfast is superb and also the restaurants. I will definitely consider it for my future stay. more

I have stayed in this hotel on many occasions and though my preference is the Grand Hyatt, I keep trying the Sheraton because I feel I ought to enjoy it more than I do. I have 2 major issues with this hotel. 1. compared to other Starwood Group hotels in Asia the service quality is dreadul (the St Regis in Singapore is no better on service and gets bad reviews on this aspect on many forums}. We would stay here again but would first look for a better hotel for the same price. Paid £120-130 per room. Cant really complain. more

The poolside was great. The room with two full sized beds was a bit small and old. When I asked for a better room I was shown almost similar ones. The hotel was not crowded at all so they could have accommodated my request and perhaps gotten a better review. Singaporeans tend to be rather inflexible and should try harder... more
