This hotel is amazing, the service was great, the room was good clean, staff is very friendly and very quick to any request during out stay. The location is amazing. Definitely would stay here if I go to Singapore again. More

Getting upgraded always helps a review, however the newly refurbished club lounge, friendly and helpful service and excellent location clinch it. Couldn't fault it. Will stay again. More

Had enjoyable 3 days at comfortable hotel near river. Had room on 23rd floor with access to Premier Lounge, where the service was excellent. The room is a bit dirty with some stains on the wall, curtains & bathroom. Totally the opposite of the lobby lounge..modern & clean. The staff at the front desk/reception didn't seem to know what they're doing (slow & unskilled), also a bit rude. Not many smiley faces but the concierge guys friendly & helpful. More
