Location just middle of the Chinatown and next to a Hindu Temple. Most rooms are without window which is actually good so then you won’t hear the street food stalls… Good a/c, hot water; value for a money in Singapore. Free and fast wifi.

The location was great and convenient but the room walls are too thin. We could hear every word from the neighbour next door. Didn't help that it was rather noisy right outside the window. Barely could sleep. If you're looking to get sleep, maybe not this particular place. Overall, very friendly and helpful staff.

Found this hotel on Agoda.com and booked it without knowing what we were really getting. Price was about $100US/night. Booked a room with balcony. This is important as some rooms do not have windows!
