The staff was always accomodating and available and customer service was great. They were reliable and efficent on check-in and check-out. Room was always cleaned each day perfectly. I was there for 7 nights and twice my card had to be re-programmed. I wish my room (415) had windows and the air conditioning unit could have used instructions.
