We stayed at Angol Point for 4 nights at the end of April 2013. The resort is perfect for a nice quiet beachfront stay on an island that is overrun with concrete beachfront structures, beach bars, buffet barbecues, dive shops, gift shops, etc. The resort is set on about one hectare of land yet much of the space is open... I have to admit to being pretty disappointed when we arrived at Angol Point. The original hut we were given was dark, damp and falling apart. Luckily, we were moved to one at the front of the property which, although also pretty run down, has the beach right in front of it. The location is great if you want to... More

As it was said in the previous reviews, the territory of the hotel is wide. The half of it is smarten up. The second half is a typical Philippine house, unorganized, with some outbuildings like a chicken cube and debris. These two halves are not separated from each other, so you feel being in a Philippine village. There is a... More

Our staying in Angol Point Beach resort was full of positive impressions. Great location, each hut has huge terrace overlooking the sea. Very friendly stuff and the owner who is always ready to help you with anything. Our daughter has asma, and our nebulizer did not work with Phillipinean electricity. But the owner let us use the one, which he... More

we stayed a total of 5 nights at Angol in November 2011 and were very satisfied of our stay..Arriving in boracay, we soon noticed that not a lot of hotels (even the top end) have actual see view or offer a lot of space..Most of them are not really wide at the beach path (are cramped onto one another), but... I'm a frequent visitor to Boracay, I've stayed at this beautiful beachfront place again and again. Just only 8 native style cottages are set in a large tropical garden with coconut trees. From the big veranda which is a stone throw from the shoreline one can enjoy the fresh see breeze and the stunning views of Boracay's beach. As it... More

This guesthouse offers more than comfort and a great bang for your buck. The manager, a friendly native, lived in the States for 15 years and thus has perfect English. His bungalows are some of the closest, if not the closest ,to the beach and offer an eco-friendly environment. Yes, this means as no air-conditioning or hot water. Now, I... More

i have nothing but good things to say about this guest house. considering that their was such little information online about the guest house, i felt almost obligated to sign up with tripadvisor so that i could write up a review. my girlfriend and i stayed at the "eco-friendly" guest house for a total of five nights. the owner of... Stayed at this wonderful oasis in March 2007 and had a great time (had to choose 3/2011 above as it wouldn't allow me to choose 3/2007). This is the only place in Boracay with spacious grounds in a natural setting. It's a one hectare property with only 8 well designed/appointed native cottages. The property is illuminated with gas lamps at... More
