We booked for 5 nights in a family room, paid full rate and... 1. Food was terrible, even the Chinese restaurant that was way overpriced was so terrible. Breakfast was so bad that after the second day, we went out to eat breakfast instead. They even wanted to charge us extra because we could not eat the terrbile food....we were... More

Located at Boat Station 3, this 4-storey hotel is just an average destination in Boracay. Not too much perks as the foods are not bad but not too good either, rooms are not exciting, night parties are bit too far. Not recommended for honeymooners.

Though it is on the 3rd station, all entertainment and eating out is in 2 minutes walk. Last time stayed at Boracay Regency Lagoon but Golden Phoenix is also quite acceptable. Just take into consideration very good rates on Agoda. Had good massage directly in the room, welcoming service and clean, big swimming pool! Rooms are of the good size... More

I recommend that a sign that reads, "Please don't wash your feet/sandals in the pool," should be posted. The guests, who from China/Taiwan (not sure, but they spoke Mandarin), were dipping their sandy feet and sandals in the main-pool even with people swimming! Even if the pool is a beauty, I'm giving it a score of only 1. The staff... More

Stayed with my family for four days during the holidays. Hotel caters most to chinese nationals. Front desk and restaurant staff are not really friendly. Remuel stands and the and the bald guy (I forgot to get his name) are the only exemption. Security guards give intimidating looks as if you are doing something funny to the hotel. Videoke is... More

Located at Station 3, Golden Phoenix Hotel is a new addition to the numerous accomodations on the popular White Beach. The 4-storey high resort is shaped like a horseshoe (U-shaped); service is warmth and room is clean and spacious. The only setback is the soap dispenser which is not filled up but I brought my own tolietries. There is no... More

You will never feel any comfort and, you will be frustrated if you are treated so unfair by the Hotel Management. We were 2 in the room. We arrived around 1PM, and we were busy with our activities outside with the group. We got back to the Hotel late night. On the next morning I did notice that the glass... More

We moved here from another hotel 'cause we wanted to feel what it was like to stay on White Beach plus it looks "New".. when my family and i got here, i was told by the front desk to claim my "welcome drinks" at the restaurant.. so after getting situated, i went to claim my "welcome drinks"(which i think should've... This hotel is new and clean and is at a great location but about 15 mins walk to D'Mall (where all the action is) the staff are great and polite the only downfall is the breakfast options, which there is not alot of! IThis hotel is more family orientated, than for single grouped females/males. It is located at the quiet... More
