The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from Malioboro street, the most famous street in Jogjakarta. The room rate was quite resonable, with standard facilities such as breakfast, amenities, drinking water and free wifi internet in the room. The place is also quiet and the staffs are friendly.

Asia Afrika is an acceptable place to stay. The staff are helpful, the swimming pool is nice, the breakfast is good and the hotel is within walking distance of most of Yogyakarta’s main attractions. However, it is rather soulless and is not a great place to meet fellow travellers.
