Stayed in a twin room with bathroom (170.000 a night) and one without (120.000), and I have to say these rooms are REALLY small: there's very little space to put bags, let alone clothes or other staff. After reading so many great reviews about this place we were surprised with the poor standards of deltas rooms. This place is clean, and calm. Bedrooms are nice, located around the swimming pool, but a little tiny. There is wifi and internet for free. Breakfast is included. I recommand this place although it is far from the center of Yogya (but you can easly reach the center with public bus No.2) People at the reception are available adn helpful.

These are excellent value for money rooms although they have not put as much effort into keeping the rooms as they have the pool and gardens nice.
