We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms are a little dated but the atmosphere is great. The staff are very helpful, there is free wifi and a good breakfast. The area has plenty of good restaurants and places of interests but it is a good walk to the palace.

We took the most expensive type of room : quiet, nice bathroom (open on the outside), pretty clean, TV with CNN (one and only time in the trip) but small and old. We only spend one night. The service was impersonal, the environment not very welcoming. The breakfast was ok. It is an ok place.

The place looks nice with a swimming pool and breakfast area. The rooms definitely need some attention though. Run out of hot water once in the afternoon. Overall, it's value for money.

I love the whole sturcture of this building. Very relaxing atmosphere, and the staff at the counter are always smiling and very helpful. The breakfast is super. I would love to stay there again if I visit Yogyakarta in the future.

Nice place with budgetaccomodations. We stayed in 2 types of rooms. The basic one with only a bed on the ground with fan. Toilet and shower where outside. stayed in budget room for $15. Very good value. Nice pool. Room has indonesion furniture and thus a bit of character. Bathroom smelt nice (big plus in indonesia!!) Provided complimentary tea and cake. Most importantly staff were friendly and professional.
