“falling apart hotel, stay away”

First, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No restaurants, convenient stores, or any shops around the hotel. The hotels itself sells nothing. The hotel is totaly falling apart: stained bed, broken sink cabinets and closets, dirty and broken fridge, trash on the ground.
