I stayed in this hotel yesterday, took shower without hot water this morning, breakfast service was very bad, had to call waitress / waiter few times for tea, lack of staff attention in the restaurant. Waited for 20 minutes for check out. This hotel is a 5* with 3* quality. Very disappointed stay. Y Wongso

I have stayed at this hotel on business many times. It is very well presented and the rooms are good. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and the facilities on offer are excellent.
