This is a great option if you are transiting through Jakarta. Only a little bit more expensive than the hotel in the airport, but much nicer.

The common areas of the hotel are quite nice, the pool area etc. But the rooms are terrible! Very old with cracks everywhere, and also very small and cramped. Needs a make-over asap. The channels on the TV are good though.

Very good location for a transit hotel in Jakarta, hotel property is ok, a bit confusing for the airport pick up but the transfer from hotel to the airport is very good

A bad experience in what was a great property! Surprised that the Bandara Sheraton does not lay serious emphasis on managing customer compliants - rather some staff seem to have a smirk when customers draw their attention to some serious lapses.
