Nice hotel well located easy to get from the airport but not in central Jakarta. Staff friendly, very good breakfast and can be taken outdoors. Rooms small but have what it needs. WiFi working well. Some showers need repair.

I got a room opposite the lift so I expected that the wifi would be great. Unfortunately it was not to be. I had to stand next to the door to get my wifi. Disappointing as this was a business trip and i needed to use my laptop more than usual.

Things were good until Just now, I had a bad experience, I have made a room service order in midnight and even after one and half hour it didn't reach my room. I have made a complain to front desk Lets see what they do. They advertise about a 15 Minutes satisfaction guarantee... I am waiting for their service...
