This was my second visit to the Intercontinental MidPlaza and the high standards I experienced last time haven't altered. Everything from reception to the restaurant was immaculate and the rooms are spacious and clean. It would be hard to criticise any aspect of this hotel's standards and I'll be staying here again next time I go to Jakarta.

Washlet or similar device is not set in the bath room of guest room. This is big minus point for especially Japanese, because of almost all Japanese have a washlet system in their home and indispensable device for bottom cleaning up. Thus, washlet system must be place in the hotel's bath room.

Excellent Head and shoulder massage by Iwan - those who need strong massage pressure for the shoulder stiffness, muscle problems... good result!! Other male/female therapists are excellent too, friendly service, don't forget to ask for the ginger tea!! :D Sauna and Jacuzzi after or before massage is part of the service too.... Has been the regular customer and found this...

Staying in Intercontinental Jakarta is a wonderful experience, they are a perfect business hotel in Sudirman. The facilities is great and they have really good restaurant. Scusa serve really great Italian Food. The Room is well design and great!

i had lunch at Scusa Intercontinental on last April 26th. Food is excellent, excellence service, great staff.. i enjoyed my time having lunch there till last bite! a delish dessert of melted choco, a must try dessert! For sure will come again, even will recommend Scusa for business and casual mtgs/gatherings.
