The hotel located in the center of Jakarta at Mangga Dua Square shopping mall. All rooms is new and clean with international TV channel and very cold air-con. For budget price, its rooms is big enough. If you're looking for comfortable, the room is too small. It is situated strategically in the heart of Mangga Dua Square. Anything you want... More

Don't get me wrong, I am not about to rant here... This is simply a case of "expecting highly" and it not being meant. Booked this hotel online and was "excited" to be there based on the pictures, location, etc. But lo and behold, It was just an average hotel, even bordering on the "budget" category. Rooms were oh so... More

Brown water, unfriendly and useless staff and rubbish wifi. 1. Brown water is self explanatory. Shower area doesn't drain fast enough so trust me you'll notice. 2. Twice I called about room problems. Once about a broken sink stopper which was stuck, second about wifi. Promised to send someone, no one came. Useless staff. Period. 3. Wifi mysteriously encounters problems... More

Nothing special about this hotel. Staff is not friendly, they hang up the phone when i complaint about the wifi connectivity in my room. Said to send and engineer to check but the suggestion was to refresh the device instead of really checking on it. I asked him to use his blackbery to check the same problem, and he seems... More

Stayed here early March 2012 with my mom. The staffs are helpful and honest. Helped me get a cab back to the airport. Very clean room, it's quite small but adequate and enough for us. We're simple people, what to expect? For the price and the location (in the same building as Mangga Dua Square), it's a good catch. If... More

I stayed in this hotel for 2days, it's located in the same building with JITEC (convention hall), so if you're going to attend a seminar in JITEC, this hotel will provide you a place to stay with an economic budget. on my visit, some part in this hotel was in a renovation process. so It's quite noisy. The room is... More

Very close to Mangga Dua square mall, close to Mangga Dua shopping center complex. Like other budget hotels, Amaris hotel Mangga Dua square has small room, no bath tube, but the bathroom is not so small. Breakfast is average like others budget hotel For me, this hotel is good for staying 1-2 days only. AC & TV is ok, no... More

Hotel Facade looks cheap, but still a ton better than any budget Hotel I have seen. It is just next to Carrefour and a shopping arcade. Hotel Lobby, simple, clean, new and adequate. Free Wi-fi is available, just ask, for password, and user ID. Room, is extremely small, simply furnished, and not sound-proofed. Feels like a small space shuttle. The... More
