The hotel's room was clean and spacious complete with kitchen for self-catering. Rate is considered cheap for a 4-star hotel and the location is close to Ancol and Mangga Dua shopping centre. Mostly families staying in this hotel.

Good Hotel, Excellent interior and facilities in the room for family. Room is amazing, especially if you have room facing to the sea. Only traffic so bad in front of the hotel. Good service also from staff, need improvement for room maid language. need to have basic English

The staff is helpful, the room was clean and had a good city view. Unfortunately there was a lot of traffic noise, even though we were on a higher floor, but I think that in Jakarta it would be difficult to find a hotel without.
