We came across Temple Lodge by accident in 2009 when we went to bali for the first time and were looking for an accommodation in Bingin due to my husband surfing. The incredibly friendly owners [an Italian couple] invited us to have a look around at the old temple grounds they have renovated to 7-8 [?] units. We were breathtaken... More

What a great place to start our holiday in Bali .... Although we have been to Bali several times we had never visited this part of Bali. The location was great with stunning sea views. We stayed in the Papaya Suite and it was charming with a very unique rustic style. Very clean and a lovely big comfy bed. We... More

My boyfriend and I stayed two days and one night at the Temple Lodge in late January. The bungalows are perched off cliffs overlooking a spectacular ocean view. When you stand at the patio off the cliff you see the beaches all around you. We stayed in the Driftwood Suite, which is closest to the pool and was private enough,... More

With that stunning ocean view, it's hard to ask for more, but there were more to offer by Temple Lodge ! Outstanding accommodation. We visited all 6 out of the 7 individually-designed suites (except Papaya) which were completely unique, charming and decorated with great taste ! Gecko, Cave and Eagle's Nest Suites all have stunning direct ocean view. Driftwood is... More

This is a great place to stay while in Bali. Great location and views from the clifftop above Bingin beach. The food here is sensational and it is nice to be able to chat to other guests and the owners over a meal. The rooms are very nice, with a rustic feel, but full of charm and very clean, with... More

My husband and I recently stayed at Temple Lodge for part of our honeymoon in Bali. It was such a magical and unique hotel experience, we arrived as guests and left as friends with the owners. They are incredibly hospitable and accommodating they made you feel like part of their family! We had some bad luck with the weather so... More

Back fresh from five nights stay at the Temple Lodge and we really enjoyed our stay. This is a simple relaxed lodge, right by the ocean which is what we needed after nine nights in Ubud. We stayed in the Gecko suite which is one of the best rooms, if you want as much natural light as possible, plus you... More

This is a nice place to relax and enjoy doing nothing for a few days. Our room was excellent and had an outdoor shower with an amazing view. There was also a huge day bed for chilling on in our own front area. The included breakfast is very nice and dinner is good too but we preferred to eat the... More

Just keep it for your selves: paradise exists and it is only 30 minutes from the airport. Just don't go alone there, you will miss a person to chair your impressions. The food is delicious, the bed never to leave, the swimming pool refreshing, the view thousands of photos, the service invisible but always there. The only negative to write... More

Should have known better, this place is a little sketch. Booking a room: We tried to book via email and was denied and told there were no rooms. Tried to offer flexible dates but still no luck. So I decided to call the property directly, guess what! Like I thought, they told us they had a room. They are pre-screening... More
