The Temple Lodge exceeded my expectations. I was traveling alone, attending a wedding. I stayed in the Papaya Suite. It was perfect. Very reasonably priced. The decor and setting is natural, tasteful and soooooooo relaxed! This was my 3rd trip to Bali and if you don't mind not being in the thick of shopping and restaurants, it's perfect. The scenery... My husband and I spent 5 nights at Temple Lodge in April staying in Coral Cave. The location of Temple Lodge is simply stunning and the rooms are gorgeous and quite unique. The design at Temple Lodge makes use of natural items and brings them together beautifully. The photos are accurate. As has been stated in other reviews the food... More

We spent 7 nights at the Temple Lodge and had a wondefull relaxing time there. A perfect location for this region and what an amazing place. Possibly the best place we have ever stayed. The rooms are soo cool - quirly, comfortable and homely. The owners are really lovely and really helpful. Ame arranged anything we wanted and provided great... More

Stayed here for 5 nights - 3 in drift wood, 2 in temple lodge. The experience was magical. Ame and staff are friendly, welcoming and the food is incredible! Some of (if not the best we had all trip). The atmosphere around the lodge is also great and we met some really great people. Would highly reckoned to anyone.

We spent 5 days here, staying in the Temple Suite. The property is beautiful - individually designed rooms and breathtaking views across the sea and local beaches. You are only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Tip - the stairs are steep, but you get used to them! They have yoga every morning for 1.5 hours. We were total... More

To start off with, if you are looking for the amenities most 4 & 5 star hotels have, like TV, mini bar, a phone in the room, a writing desk, nice toiletries etc, then this place isn't for you. This is a rustic chic place, and a wonderful place for those looking for an experience completely different to standard hotels.... More

We stayed in the Coral Cave room for 2 nights and then moved to the Papaya suite for half a day. Our friends stayed in the Driftwood suite. We made friends with another couple staying in the Spice suite... More

We visited The Temple Lodge to celebrate our wedding anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place. As soon as you walk in you are taken aback by the amazing views. We stayed in Eagle's Nest on the cliffside, and if you can cope with the steps, it is well worth it. It has an amazing outdoor shower/bath and even... More

From setting foot in to the Temple lodge your jaw drops. It truly has a very unique wow factor. From its beautifully maintained, characterful grounds to the breathtaking view from the infinity pool. We stayed in the drift wood suite overlooking the pool for 6 days. We never grew tired of the character of the room. It had a tree... More
