Our 4 days at Tamu Seseh were among the most wonderful holiday experience we have ever had. The setting in the heritage traditional village and outlook over the rice fields is just total magic. It was so much fun to walk into the village and visit the temple and to hear the gamulan bells in the late afternoon each day.... More

We stayed here 4 nts in a 1 bed villa with private pool, outdoor dining pavillion, huge day bed overlooking pool, cushioned sunbeds, a lovely grassy area for yoga + outdoor bath & shower. All for approx $150/night, we were so impressed! There are only a few villas (2x 1bed & 2x 2-3bed i think) & the staff who look... More

I came here alone and although I love being by myself and enjoy my own company this was too isolated for me. My villa (no 4) was gorgeous and included a huge outdoor bathroom complete with deep bath, aircon bedroom with 4 poster bed and mosquito netting, large outdoor fish pond, large outdoor dining and lounge area, my own personal... I've been visiting Tamu Seseh since 2006 and keep coming back for more - I've come here with my partner for romantic hideaways, groups of friends and also my parents for family-style get-togethers, and each time the staff have been amazing and welcoming. The villas are elegant and stylish without suffering from being over designed the way many modern hotels... More

This is by far the most luxurious place to stay near our very tiny but romantic restaurant - Warung Fast Adhy which is just up the road about 250 meters :-) The area around this part of Bali is mostly undeveloped (relative to Kuta or Seminyak) and still offers a taste of real Balinese hospitality. Many of the people who... More

So...we've watched the metamorphosis of Seminyak from gentle village into noisy, flooded traffic jam over the last 15 years or so -visiting Bali on average twice a year , and we wanted out. Don't get us wrong - we love the shops, the restaurants, the nightlife - but we don't need to be amongst it 24/7. How to'get back to... More

Bingo! up with the chooks and grabbed a day bed mattress and into "salutes... More

I don't usually return to any hotel! I'm not a creature of habit. So here is a real exception! For me Bali is paradise and Seseh integrates everything that good architecture and landscape could and creates peace and joy and beauty. I love the exquisite mix of Bali traditional with the comfort of the Modern things we expect on a... More
