Located in the cute little area of Wan Chai, this hotel is a quaint little spot. Pros - the room is really clean and gets cleaned daily, bottled water refreshed daily, good price, hot water with good water pressure Cons - room is tiny (but that's usual for HK), the bathroom and bedroom are separated with glass which is super weird, the shower gets water everywhere when you shower, the reception has a lot to be desired When we checked in the reception are looked more like a business office and the clerk wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming which definitely put me off but I came to like this place as the maid really looked after the room and it was tidied daily meticulously. Overall a good option if you are on a budget.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have realised that I left my most important hard disk in the room 10mins before my flight. Without any choice, I given up my flight and purposely went back to collect. In the meantime, Wan Chai was having super bad traffic due to the protest. I have spam called (for 20 over times) to the hotel and hoped that the staff would help to find the item when I was on my way to the hotel from airport. However, the reception staff (male) was so rude and insisted that the cleaner would declare if they found it. Besides, he mentioned: "Even I've missed the flight and took the effort back to hotel, the hard disk is not in hotel means it is not. This is not the first time to have customers lost their stuff in room and in the end no items could been found." Still, I rushed to the hotel from airport, I found my hard disk inside one of the basket in cleaner's room. The basket was full of items used by overseas visitors, such as universal adaptors and etc. It was so obvious that the cleaner are keeping it secretly and the reception staffs don't even care about anything and being dishonest, even I've told them that I missed the flight just for my hard disk. No corporation from them, no helping hands from them. It is such a deeply disappointing service I've ever experienced. I would never ever come back to this hotel regardless in which country.

The hotel's located about 5 minutes from the wan chai mtr station, and there are various bus stops that go everywhere around HK island near the hotel. Very convenient to get around HK. And it is only a 10 minute walk from the Wan Chai Convention Center, so if your reason of visit is going to a convention, this is the place to stay in. Also, there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel and there is a supermarket(forgot the name though) at the basement floor of the hotel, so it is super convenient to buy everyday necessities. The room was clean, the wifi was ok, the hotel is super cheap compared to the other hotels around wan chai, but the only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't strong enough.

This hotel is situated approximately 10 mins walk from Wan Chai MTR station (either at exit A4 or from A3). The staffs here were very helpful, check in and check out processes were great as well. What I liked the most about this hotel is the bed and the pillow which made me and my family sleep well through out our stay. There are lots of eateries around the hotel, and just downstairs at B1 level there is supermarket for us to get snacks, beer, fruits, etc :) Highly recommended budget hotel in Wan Chai area. Keep it up and thanks for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Probs: - Price: Very reasonable room prices comparing Hong kong price range. - Hotel: Located near Wan Chai metro station (about 500m). Lots of restaurants nearby. Basic 7 eleven just round the corner. Hotel itself is located 9-12 floor of a big building, but there are good signs of the hotel outside. Hotel has certain apartment feel, but everywhere was clean and spotless. - Staff: Efficient and straightforward, as a Finnish guy you definitely loved it! - Room: Basic hotel rooms, good-sized, safe deposit, fridge etc. found in the room. WIFI is okay. Cons: - It´s not a 5-star hotel, but there is not much bad to say about the place. Just good value for your money! - No breakfast available at the hotel, but lots of lovely cafes just nearby. Didn't bother me, but if you must have breakfast at the hotel, this might not be your place. Overall: Really good value hotel for price range 50-80euros per night!

In HK for the rugby sevens and we booked this hotel for price as the hotels during this event are expensive even by HK standards. I stayed in the room with a King Sized bed the first night and the bed was excellent and comfortable. The next two nights we shared a twin room and the beds were too firm even after a big day in HK stadium. Fantastic location, and we could walk everywhere. When I read other reviews something becomes evident, which is that there don't seem to be some operational procedures in place at this hotel. This was evident when we checked out, as our room wasn't inspected. If we had left a passport in the safe we could have missed a flight. The hotel is located on the 9th-12th floor and doesn't have a lobby. I would suggest that its not suitable for families, There were only Chinese TV channels also.

The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for the price. The hotel is situated in the heart of Wan Chai it was handy for the MTR and was only a short walk to Causeway Bay shopping area. There was a hairdryer provided but if you have the space take your own as it wasn't very powerful.

WARNING! FOUND A USED CONDOM in the drawer To whoever is looking to stay at this hotel. This is the review that I wish I had read before choosing this hotel. I usually don’t bother writing reviews but this place I had to make an exception for as I wouldn’t wouldn’t want anyone else to have the experience that we had. An out right abhorrent place to stay. Do not let the photos fool you this place is disgusting! First night we got there within 5 minutes of settling in we find a USED CONDOM in the drawer. Check the photo I have uploaded for your reference. When you land at 2am in the morning and all you want to do is have a good rest its the last thing you want to see. Obviously the cleaners were lazy and did not even bother to look in the drawer let alone clean it. We called reception and she tells us to wait until tomorrow for the cleaners to clean it, otherwise we can clean it ourselves! OURSELVES! We told her we needed it cleaned as soon as possible and after some convincing, she came up and cleaned it. I could go on and write a whole essay about how terrible this place was but I will just list out the rest of our grievances. - Hair on the bed on the first night. - Had to ask for new pillowcases as those ones were clearer used and dirty. - WIFI kept dropping out and had a very weak signal. Not a good place if you are looking to do a bit of work. - Loud. Our hotel room was just outside the lifts and we could hear people coming in and out late in the night. - We had to wait a good 5 - 10 mins to run the hot water before it actually got hot. - Photos on the website are deceiving - Place is generally very poorly maintained. Bathrooms have rust, wallpaper stripping off, carpets were stained not vacuumed. - Didn’t replace water for us daily - TV didn’t work - We don’t generally wear slippers in hotels but this was an exception. After each day the cleaner would throw the slippers out but not give any new one! We had to ask for new pairs everyday. I urge anyone considering this place to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay well away from this hotel.
