We found the receptionist very helpfuf and friendly. The location is excellent (close to SoHo) and very easy to reach from the airport. We had a Harbour View Room and the View was just great! The room is comfortable. The only negative point are the about 8 little turtles they have just right outside the hotel in two tiny basins... more
