Flawless service, exceptional location and really stunning rooms. Inside the Landmark Mall and same building as the Central MTR so super convenient.

Great hotel and great team. The staff seem to remember your name and especially given it is a smaller hotel it seems to have more of a personalized touch which I appreciated. During checkin I had to wait a little which was a little annoying but other than that it was a great experience.

The service in this hotel is quite extraordinary. The staff are just simply wonderful and serve with such grace. I would like to import them to Australia to teach professional hospitality skills. The room was very large for Hong Kong and the service superb. The only negative was construction noise from across the street. No the hotel's fault, but still a negative. Breakfast at Amber was included and was terrific.
