Why is the Landmark Mandarin Oriental my home in Hong Kong? - the very high standard of the fittings & furnishing? - the extremely comfortable bed? - the outstanding service? - the amazing spa and relaxation facilities? - the great in-room technology - the note from the hotel manager welcoming me back each time? ...probably all of the above! I stayed at the Landmark Mandarin for one night on business. It was in a perfect location as it was actually linked by several passageways (I never had to go outdoors) to the office building I worked in. It was also right in the heart of downtown --near all sorts of eateries and drinking establishments. The room was pretty flawless:... More

I can only say this : ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. The service is amazing, the location perfect to do the turist stuff and the room was just incredible. Loved the HUGE round bath and the huge shower in the enormous bathroom. If I go to Hong Kong again I have no doubt. I will go back to the Landmark. More

My wife and I decided to return to this hotel for our first 2012 trip of the year. Our previous stay in August 2011 was excellent, so we wanted to return to this hotel. This time we chose the L450 Deluxe room which is 450 sq feet. Although it was smaller than the previous L600 Deluxe room, which is 600... More

There is nothing like it - after a 16 hour fight from NYC I was met at the gate and whisked to Immigration. Upon arrival I was met by Chum, the Duty Manager, and checked in like a VIP Celebrity guest. I decided a massage was the way to go and entered the exquisite spa where I had the time... More

My husband travels to HK once a month so decided to book us into this hotel for our four night stopover on the way to Borneo. We had interconnecting suites with our teenage children. Every aspect of the hotel is superb. The buggy collection at the arrival gate through immigration and bag check is novel! Reception staff are efficient and... More

Arriving in Hong Kong was lovely, driving along by the harbour, entering such a vibrant city, it was only made better by being greeted at such a beautiful hotel. I have 1 negative thing to say about the Landmark Mandarin Oriental in HK and then i will move onto all the good things .... It did not have any view... More

I stayed here for one night in March 2011, having made the booking directly with the hotel for an L600 deluxe room under their "Delight Rate." It was my first stay in a Mandarin Oriental property and it was interesting to see how the booking process offered various pre-set special requests on the website with four pre-set special options available... Well done, amazing atmosphere, great and attentive service. Felt taken care of and welcomed during my stay. Location is very close to LKF and to "Central", which is convenient for work, for shopping and for entertaining. Room that I stayed was al ike a small apartment, with living room area and couch, comforaable bed, extra-large round bath and separate shower,... More
