very nice location, a lot of public transit around, 45 min direct bus ride to and from airport, walking distance to shopping area. But please expect it is in the old residential area and the area is not very "tourist" , but to me I thing it is very good for budget.

In Hong Kong you have to compromise. Lower price means really small rooms. Paid a little higher means still a really small room but great location, clean room, good staff, overall very good for the money.
