Terrible experience with the room that was located nearby the lift, every morning at 6 am I was woken up by this ugly noise. The reception have not done anything to accommodate my disappointment.
We stayed for 4 nights, a family of three. Check in was speedy and the first impression was quite food. We had ordered a child cotbed and it was sent to the room very soon after our arrival.
Rooms are small but the interior is organized in a good and accomodating way. The bathrooms are also small but contains everything...

Perfect location within Hongkong city and super staff who took care of all our needs especially my family. Highly recommended
I stayed for two nights in early-May 2012 at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. It was a fairly quick and inexpensive taxi ride from Hong Kong Station to this hotel. From the window of my guest room I enjoyed my high-floor view of the Happy Valley Racetrack. From this hotel, you will see many great views of the Hong Kong skyline.

Nice hotel. The service is good. Room are smal but still OK. Price is correct. Breakfast expensive but really good. We recommend to go out for breakfast if you have the time. We will go back if we retrun to HK.

Their standard rooms are quite compact but suites are huge, thereby catering to all budgets. I have observed...

I stayed two times at the Cosmopolitan. Once almost 4 years ago, and the last time was 10 days ago. Before getting there, I vaguely remembered the location was not convienent and that's why we usually went to another hotel right on Wanchai Road during our getaway weekends to HK.
Now, I am 100% sure I will not stay there...

Besides subway station, a public bus stop is outside the hotel carrying passengers to Wan Chai, Central, the Peak, etc, there is also a tram stop outside the main entrance...

Let’s get this rolling by first bringing up the location. It is not ideal, but it isn’t bad either. You don’t need a taxi to get to the subway station. There is the #15 Bus at the top of the hill that takes you directly to The Peak and Times Square is a 10 minute walk. The Cosmopolitan is right...
