Had booked a Lifestyle room but was given an upgrade to City View room. Excellent room with high ceiling and spacious room. Service was average, rooms were small and quite dated, no wireless! Ok for a working trip to HK, not the sort of place you'd want to stay at for a holiday in Hong Kong, in my opinion you'd want something better than just average.

excellent location in Kowloon close to everything. Had a nice room with great harbour view but quite small as often in China. Decent not outstanding breakfast. Noisy clim. Paying internet access in the room - unpleasant and loss of time, did not work the first time . A good hôtel but may become a better one.

Bad service. Small, cold and dirty rooms. Never come back.

We stayed here for a few nights before our onward trip to China. Very convenient for getting around and the airport bus stopped outside each way bookable in the foyer at the airport. staff were friendly and efficient.
