A dreaful experience. We stayed in a Deluxe Tower Room, how it gets the name Deluxe, I'm not sure. The Room is very small. The Executive Club in the Towers Lounge is a disgrace, run down, dirty and most uncomforatable as well as being way too small for the demand. Rooms were clean, but small. We didn't get much of a view as we were facing the wrong direction. Service was good. Concierge was helpful. Buffet Breakfast had a wide variety with great food, and the service was good. Location is great, as there are a lot of shopping and eating joints nearby. Also easy access to the MTR trains.

We stayed in many Sheraton hotels, but this was not the best one. Small rooms with a rough sleeper type concrete bed in stead of the promised sweet sleeper. Good location. Good buffet restaurant.

We recently enjoyed 3 nights at this lovely hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The view was spectacular from the 17th floor and we'll never forget how we enjoyed watching the city lights at night.
