Very average sums up the Bishop Lei nicely. The staff aren't overly helpful or friendly but they are ok. The breakfast buffet isn't amazing and is charged extra and the rooms themselves are very average. This hotel is located fairly convieniemtly at the top of the elevators in the mid levels and does not include breakfast and the room is absolutley tiny but clean and with nice views
