This was our second stay this year, and the experience was equally great. Superb location, great staff, amazing rooms. Do take a 'club' room as the food and facilities in the club are great. Indeed, we find that pretty much takes care of our food requirements except for the occasional foray out to a street market or local restaurant.

We love everything about this hotel! When visiting Hong Kong, we prefer staying in Kowloon and this is our favorite hotel. The view of the "light show" at night is just amazing. Pay the extra money for a larger room with a harbor view, it's worth it. And, pay the extra money for Club Lounge access.....it's also well worth it.

This hotel is perfectly situated. The lobby's view is outstanding. Watching the laser show at night is amazing. The staff are efficient. We received a room "upgrade". The room was better but we lost the view. High tea has a waiting line, so either get there first or be prepared to wait.
