I stayed here for 1 night to break the journey from Sydney to London. Staff very helpful from check in to check out. Shuttle bus went to Citygate shopping centre which was good to fill in some hours. Location was excellent and no airport noise at all from room. The ability to check out 24 hours later was fantastic.

Stayed at this hotel overnight as was flying to Rome the next morning. Easy walk from the terminal to hotel. Although the reception area is large, could not locate it easily and spent time going up and down the escalators. We booked to stay for an 11 hour stopover and it took 2 hours to sort our rooms out. Tired kids and our obvious frustration didn't bother them, indeed they ever seemed to be provoking us into an argument. Facilities were nothing to write home about either and everything was slapdash, grubby and tired, much like us.
