Although tucked away in a back street, Rosedale on the Park is surprisingly convenient and well located for getting around Hong Kong. It's a short walk to two great shopping areas (SOGO Dept Store and Times Square) and just a short walk to the subway. The hotel is clean and well maintained. There are plenty of helpful staff, speaking good... More

Location is great all within walking distance to shopping area n train station.. Right opposite Victoria park. Staff is always helpful and thoughtful. The only downside is the room is too old and bed was way too hard for us. Eventhough the hotel is right next to a major route but the room is quite. However, would try some other... More

We booked a junior suite for 1 week in April. The first suite allocated to us had a strong musty smell due to a water leakage problem in the bathroom. When I requested a room change the next day this was done immediately. We were upgraded to a slightly larger apartment on an "executive floor" (L27), which only contains 8... More

Stayed during my annual trip to the Trade Fairs as I have before. It's pretty basic but central in Causeway Bay and close to good restaurants in Food Street and vicinity. Free Internet is important. Breakfast is pretty basic and borderline. Good evening view from the top floor bar. Service is good there but don't let the food menu tempt... More

The staff was great here, we had a lot of luggage and they were always helpful. When we were there, we had to walk up and down stairs to cross a bridge in order to reach the metro, which was like a 10-15 minute walk (wasn't too convenient). The rooms were clean (albeit a bit small but really most hotels... More

Stayed at the Rosedale for two nights at the end of March 2012. The hotel is reasonably well situated in Causeway close to Victoria Park, right by the Shelter Street tram stop but with a ten minute walk to Causeway Bay MTR station. The Rosedale markets itself as a boutique hotel although I am not sure what they mean by... More

In a flash of adventure I booked this Hotel (usually I am in Wanchai or mid levels). I was a bit disappointed since other comments here are misleading. My room was small, typical HKG standard, dirty carpet floor and smelly though it was a non smoker. Bathroom (1sqm) was clean and neat. Room service was fast and efficient (delivering adapter... More

Rooms here are way bigger than most hotels in Hong Kong, unless you are in the 5 star hotels. Hotel is so very close to everything in the Times Square area. Close to the MTR and so much eatery around the area. Over all a wonderful place to stay. Be sure to tell the shuttle bus from the airport express... More

Stayed on 19Feb 2011. Staff really friendly and willing to accomodate. Room was the usual compact size typical of HK, but sufficient and comfortable..great amenities ie thick towels, toothbrush, room slippers, coffee, tea and kettle, 2 mugs, fridge, in-room safe, and iron board as well.,but no bathrobe. Hotel is only a block from busy Causeway Road, a shoppers galore! Because... More
