My partner and I found the staff not too helpful, friendly, or welcoming. The hotel is upscale and has a fantastic location in Sheung Wan. We were very pleased with the comfortable clean room. I loved how they designed the rooms – they are very small but very practical. I would definitely stay here again.

Reasonable rate, great staff, good location in old Sheng Wan area. Also liked free breakfast and fast WiFi in the room. Negative points are, if any, noise from other room and very small bed for luxury twin. Will recommend budget tourist and business traveler who prefers good old HK over high rises.
