The room I stayed in was quite nice for the price. However, the check I'm / check out process were quite time consuming and disorganized. The line was really long and a lot of customers were complaining and the front deal did not have the man power to handle everything.

Perfect access to ferry for Macau, good choice for breakfast set, small room with unstable wifi connection. Great sight at high floors facing the harbor. Friendly staff, great concierge to get taxi, minimal bath room, sufficient room amenities. Good deal if booked in advance.

overall: they oversell themselves. horrible location for tourists. This hotel made itself to seem like a 4 star hotel, when in reality could not be more than 2 star.
