A fairly average stay. Location is very good, but service was lacking, hotel is getting old, rooms were nice. But would look for somewhere different next time.
I have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times in both rooms and suites in the standard floors and the executive floors. Frankly, if you can affored to stay on the executive floor, with it's segmented arrival area upstairs, it is quite nice as are these far more deluxe rooms/suites. Excelent location, close to Nathan Road and the Avenue of the Stars. Seven eleven and supermarket in the same building. Extremely friendly and professional staff. I have stayed st the Renaissance Kowloon twice and will definitely be back. My second home, far from home.
