The best mid-class hotel I visited in HK so far. As said, the staff are very friendly and proactively provide consultation and help. The room is very clean. There's no such a humidity problem as usually seen in a Hong Kong hotel. The wifi speed is also good. Would visit again if I come to Hong Kong next time.

A relatively new hotel currently under renovation. Staff are friendly &efficient, check in/ check out is a breeze. There are lots of bars & restaurants on Knutsford Terrace nearby which also provides access to Nathan Road if you want to avoid walking up the slope to reach the hotel. Room is nice though small, bathroom is of good size, very... More

Hard for taxis to find down a lane way, but walking distance of Kimberley Rd, Nathan Rd etc. Street is quiet even though there are bars across the road which is a plus. Confusing as the lobby is on the 19th floor due to renovations which will be happening for all of 2013, which was not mentioned when booking. Rooms... More

Like I write at the title, if you really don't care about your room is entered by someone in the middle night without your permission and don't care the hotel manager / staff don't think invading your privacy is a big issue, then it is a good hotel. Me and my girl stayed in this hotel on 3/23 night. We... More

This hotel has a pretty great location (the hill is not that steep or that long, just 50 m from the intersection) in TST, close to loads of restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean and modern, with everything you need (bottled water, a kettle w/coffee/tea, a small fridge you can stock yourself, free wifi, shampoo/soap/conditioner, TV, nice views, etc.)... I stopped by this week to see if they had upgraded their doors and windows so that they were more soundproof so that their guests could sleep at night but they were still the same which is noisy. I also checked to see if they replaced their hard mattresses with more comfortable ones so guests could sleep but they are... More

This hotel is perfect for young couples who prefer a more spacious and comfortable hotel while staying in HK. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the TST MTR and there are several shops nearby the area. If you don't mind walking back up the hotel, a very steep road that is, then this hotel is for you. The first weekend of March 2013 we stayed for 5 nights in this nice hotel, the reception is on the 19th floor and we were warm welcomed en fast checked in, very friendly staff everywhere, although the hotel was under refurbishment (told us before booking) it did not effect our stay, the location is perfect, within 5 minutes you are... Well we stayed here for 5n/6days. Honestly speaking the hotel staff is superb, but the hotel service is really bad. The hotel has no restaurant so basically u don't get anything other than drinking water. The rooms are so close by that if u speak or watch tv in less volume as well u will disturb others in there room,... More

My Hong Kong office is located near a huge number of 5star - very expensive hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui area. Personally, I hate to spend a huge amount for hotel during business stays; particularly when there is so much activity outside of the hotel. Found that the Bauhinia is a good alternative hotel to the pricey full service hotels... More
