Stayed 2 nights on business...booked through CTRIP. This hotel is easy to find being not far from Wan Chai MTR. Located near the business area and within the world renowned entertainment area of HKG. The room was big compare to other HKG hotels and very clean/modern. Breakfast was OK: Staff very helpful: not the cheapest....but overall for a two night... More

The Regal i Club is situated in a great location in Wan Chai. I was attending a trade show at the Hong Kong Convention Center. The i Club hotel is within easy walking distance of the Convention Center and the MTR [subway]. I was given a very nice room with excellent functional contemporary design and furniture. The room was spacious... More

Dear Madam Thank you for your comments about your recent stay with us and I am pleased in general that you enjoyed the hotel. With regards the breakfast, we offer a simple breakfast as that is the concept we have gone for with this property. I realise that when on holiday, a leisurely breakfast is something we look for so... More

Let us start by staying, my husband and I travel a lot throughout the year, and for the price that we paid, we've had much better experience with other hotels and resorts. We expected more from Regal Iclub, and this is the worst hotel experience we ever had. We stayed at the hotel from April 14-19, 2012, we paid more... More

Service limited. Staff unfriendly, spoke limited English. Reception's back area was messy and disorganized. Guests' luggage scattered everywhere in the tiny lobby. No bell service, good luck with your heavy stuff.

Dear Ms Jenny I am sorry that we did not provide you with good service during your recent stay with us. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel with room service like your typical four seasons, do not stay here. This hotel really only provides accomdation and is more of a self contained apartment. They do however clean daily and make up your room. The rooms are very modern and look like they have been recently refurbished. Although small,... More

Hotel is modern, trendy and conveniently located. Free wi-fi in the room is most appreciated. Service is efficient but unfriendly. Front-line staff seem to reserve their greetings and smiles for a certain segment of guests. Example: Guest X and I were in the lift when a staff member walked in, Staff greeted guest X but completely ignored me. This scenario... More

The hotel is very conviently located opposite a tram stop, a few minutes walk from the MTR. Breakfast best avoided, plenty of eateries all around the area so no problem with that. This hotel is great for business and travel. Its reasonable and all you need. It is not a spa resort. Just a clean, nice room, with internet. Nothing else you need.
