We paid heaps for a luxury one-bedroom room. Beyond disappointment. Staff are surly and rude and extremely unhelpful. "Everything you need to know is in the services book." would be their motto. The service was terrible, the room had problems that were not resolved, the management was unresponsive, and they were always raising the prices or asking the guests to pay more.... More
