This hotel is right on top of the Yau Ma Tei Subway stop. It is mere steps away from the north end of the Temple Street night market (not the gateway part). It is ON Nathan Road! Walking distance to the Ladies Market. We did it all from this hotel, Disneyland, Central, Kowloon, Stanley and more. The room was tight...

Room are small but that was ok as we just go there to sleep as we spent our days roaming Hongkong but the staff are not great as they look uncomfortable in dealing with customers and they told me to call room service when I asked something even I am talking to the front desk staff already.

No doubt Casa has good location and nearby to subway station. The front desk staffs do not seems like aware they are in hospitality industry and there is no customer service to guest. Front desk staffs not even care to head up to have eye contact when guest stepped in and in front of them to have conversation and checking...

I lived in this hotel for around three days. Their service was just okay, especially their receptionist. They were not patient with my question, I understand they have a lot to deal with. The room was quite small, even for Hong Kong standard. The hallway smells, it has a strong detergent sell, which makes me so sick. But honestly, their...

03may2012 Yes, the hotel is very convenient to everywhere but the price is too expensive that we can get 4/5stars hotel in same price. The customer service staffs are not helpful & not friendly at all. Very bad service. The rooms are terribly small & aircon is not cold anymore.

If I return to Hong Kong I will stay at this hotel again, for it's convenience. Situated in the heart of Kowloon, it's location is superb. RIght by an MTR, walking distance to Mongkok. There are many cheap eating places nearby and very close to Temple Street Night Market. Kowloon was definitely the more affordable side of Hong Kong to...

Stayed in a double room (room 416) for two weeks. Location is great- less than a minute walk to Yau Ma Tei MTR station. For those of you who haven't been to HK, YauMaTei is also close to MongKok ( great for late night shopping/food) and TsimSha Tsui (also good for shopping and seeing main tourist attractions). Temple street is...

As everyone else has said, the rooms are tiny and bathrooms are only about 1 metre x 1 metre, but it's Hong Kong. I"d love to know where someone is going to find much more for the price. I think the A21 bus from the airport which stops on Nathan Road (stop 9) across the road from the hotel seems...
