Room are small but that was ok as we just go there to sleep as we spent our days roaming Hongkong but the staff are not great as they look uncomfortable in dealing with customers and they told me to call room service when I asked something even I am talking to the front desk staff already.

03may2012 Yes, the hotel is very convenient to everywhere but the price is too expensive that we can get 4/5stars hotel in same price. The customer service staffs are not helpful & not friendly at all. Very bad service. The rooms are terribly small & aircon is not cold anymore.
