Very clean and modern. Amazing pool. Free shuttle service to TST & airport express. About 20-30min cab or free shuttle ride to downtown HK. Right next to the metro station. Restaurant a little pricey for being outside the city.

...stayed here last December. Great staff! Room service was fast. There's really nothing much to do though. If you're into horse racing - this is the place to stay. What I liked most about this hotel is the very relaxing atmosphere - nothing to do but relax, enjoy the weather and the view!

Hong kong hotels are expensive over all, This Hyatt in Shatin is only 5 minutes walk from the MTR university station and it is pretty new, and it is about 20-30% less than same class hotel in central area

Perfect business hotel, very good location and excellent food in a hotel in the New Territorry. You will love the big clean rooms, spacious bathrooms and fitness facilities. Fair price compared to down town Hong Kong hotels. But the breakfast is not included in the room price and is very expensive. The harbor view rooms are the best.
