The hotel is immaculate, tastefully decorated and never gave us the feeling that they had gone home for the holidays. Staff is attentive, polite and remarkably well informed. The front desk acts adequately as the concierge. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here and will stay again.

Room is of decent size and quite new. Location is very far from the Hong Kong city center. You must take the train to get there and very few stores near the hotel. Very remote... Restaurant and front desk service are "ok"... not 5-star as it claims.. more like just a 4-start hotel.
