Hallo fooks, This is an excellent hotel and very recommendable ;-) Good location, in walking distance of city center and some sightseeing (hongyadong). very nice rooms Clean and spacious, nice and helpfull staff good english. Breakfast is a buffet wtih plenty of choice fruit, paistery, some german meat, yogurt, etc... Good chinese and western food. I can recommend this hotel... More

“Interesting, not great”

We stayed at the "Milky Way" in July 06. First impression-- not a great choice. The hotel is ok, but not the 4.5 star hotel our chinese travel agent described. When we arrived, we found it was in fact 3 stars. Smoky lobby, small elevator. The room was unusual. Gigantic, with high ceilings, and the biggest bed I've ever slept... More
