I have stayed at this hotel for the past 7years twice a year ,the hotel is getting VERY rundown we had a 2bedroom suite the carpet was coming up the bathtub was cracked ,I think the new management is the problem ,the staff that work at this hotel are great

Not so heavenly.... I booked for a 90 Hot Stone Massage two weeks ago. I stay at Westin Financial Street several times a year. My most recent stay was with a business group for about a week. The entire team came together to make it a top-level trip. The front desk was especially attentive and was accommodating of all our requests. We will certainly be back.
