we had few problems during our stay. but we loved and missing this hotel. service and cleaning was dull but we would like to comeback there:)

This place is nasty and the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! If you don't speak Chinese you are out of luck- there is no way to communicate because they speak minimal English! We had to go down the street to the Courtyard Marriott (which looks very nice by the way) to get direction cards to show taxi drivers... More

I've travelled all over Europe and Asia. This is by far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was rude, non-accomodating, and unprofessional. They did not have my reservation when we showed up. After much haggling, they gave us a room but surprised us with a 5% "deposit" that they failed to mention when we booked the... More
