Reception alteast someone who spoke english was around.Helped us install the mobile card in our mobile as all instructions were in chineese, Rooms were very clean though a little small.Breakfast was good, moreover restuarant was open even in the evening.

Location was not the best but the hotel is clean, rooms are nicely done and well priced being a Holiday Inn chain. Food is good and staff can speak decent English . I would certainly recommend the express chain of holiday inn anywhere as they are the more economical version of the original holiday inn hotels which are more expensive.

It's one of the best hotels in Dongzimen considering the prices in the area. Beds are comfortable and rooms are modern. This place needs no recognition. The hotel has a 7/11 outside also a tour operator so it's very convenient to and from the hotel to the metro. Language is a problem but otherwise the place is right for foreigners.
