The staff are very helpful and the rooms were clean and fairly large. The hotel is in a great location - just a short walk to restaurants, the forbidden city and the metro. The streets around the hotel were full of interesting sights.

Very friendly and pleasant staff, nice and space rooms, quite street, 5 min walk from subway station. Dark street for the evening walk. Not fare away from metro station.

This was a genuinely welcoming place with extremely luxurious surrounds. It was a little oasis in a crazily bustling place, and the staff made you feel welcomed and appreciated. The driver service to and from the airport is invaluable.
