The hotel is an easy walk to some tourist sites, the rooms are large and clean. Air conditioning control is very iffy. Great 4 star hotel. Huge room with twin beds. Extremely clean. Shower worked well, had clean linens and towels. Housekeeping kept everything clean. Hotel near lots of shopping and restaurants, in walking distance to Joy City Mall. Breakfast had everything, western and asian food, all excellent.

The rooms were huge with kitchenette. The bathroom shower was enormous. Felt like I was staying in a city condo. I was impressed. The hotel caters more to Asians and tour groups that have a connection for the rate. There may be a slight language barrier with certain parts of the staff, but you really get your money's worth here.
