i addition to my previously given comments i have to state:
- the personal is very friendly and always tried to help and to guide.
- the state/condition of the rooms becomes unacceptable. the carpet is completely dirty, uncleaned and GRRRR/BRRRRR.
- state condition of the floors/stairs/elevators/... is acceptable, it seems that the vacuum cleaner can not...

the beihang training center works as the guest house of the beihang
university. the guests are people related to the university, typically
chinese ph.d. students, professors, congress participants etc., usually not from the west (> park plaza, vision hotel).
