In a very nice local neighborhood. 100+ meters from metro makes getting around convenient and cheap. Rooms average. Nice bathroom. Clean but maid service a bit spotty. About 20 meters off the main road so look up to see the sign for the building. Mgr. speaks English and very helpful. Staff wanted to help but language barrier limited the effort.
