The service from George the consierge was great and memorable. The panda on the bed was a nice touch, and a surprise to see on arrival :) The restaurant was good quality. The breakfast was well appointed. Getting the chef to make an omelet required a small wait, but worth the wait.

Right next to airway express and metro excellent, no need to use rude taxi drivers. Rooms new and clean, staff not all English speaking but some do and all make up for making effort and being friendly. Amazing city but be prepared to drop some of the Western politeness to get what you want.
